🎬 One action I will execute on

The book offers practical advice on how to make small choices that can lead to significant improvements in our lives. One action I will execute from the book is to design an unbreakable morning routine of small choices and habits; a routine that I can be consistent with and its benefits compound overtime. The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, was fantastic inspiration.

My current morning routine is to wake up around 5:45 AM, brush my teeth, and drink a glass of water. The next 50 minutes, I dedicate to reading and mind mapping. Then, I grind 18 grams of coffee beans (I love the smell of grinded coffee beans in the morning) and brew them in a Moka pot. I reflect on my day ahead with the company of my cup of coffee. The conclusion of my routine is to shower, including a 2-minute end with cold water to get into the uncomfortable zone from the very beginning of the day. I have to admit that I strive to include meditation and exercise in the morning. I have yet to tweak my routine to incorporate new components, as well as being consistent with it. Following Darren Hardy’s advice, an additional action I will take is to track daily what do I complete from my morning routine to pursue regularity.
